Mother Of Pete Rozelle Succumbs LYNWOOD, Calif. (UPI) — Mrs. Hazel Viola Rozelle, mother of Commissioner Pete Rozelle of the National Football League, died Thursday at the age of 73. The cause of death was not announced. A native of Byron, Ill., Mrs. Rozelle came to Lynwood in 1923. Services will be held Saturday at Moreland’s Mortuary in Lynwood with interment at Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood. Mrs. Rozelle is survived by her husband, Raymond, two brothers, Monte Healey of Goleta, Calif., and Harold Healey of South Gate, two sons, Richard of Escondido and Peter and two grandchildren.
