Born April 11 1904 In High Point NC, son of Charles Franklin Weedon and Emma Olive Weedon. Married to Elizabeth Robinson on June 15 1931 In Birmingham AL. Father of two daughters, Elizabeth Joyce Weedon (Betty Joyce Chidley) and Olive Jane Weedon (Jane Pipplnger)
Past President of Hollywood Rotary Club Past President of Hollywood Chamber of Commerce charter member and Past President of South Broward Insurance Assn former member of Committee of 100 co-owner with Laura Willis of Willis Insurance Agency from 1948 before retiring in the late sixties member of First Baptist Church of Hollywood and an avid goiter
Lived in Birmingham until October 1937 before moving to Macon GA. In late November 1938 he moved to Orlando FL arriving there on Thanksgiving Day. Lived In Hollywood until 1996 when he and his wile moved to Homestead to be closer to one of their daughters.
Survived by wife Beckie daughters Elizabeth W Chidley of Homestead, daughter and son-in-law Jane and Brad Pipplnger of Ashville NC, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild
