Kaitlyn Marie Stefanowski, 30, of Syracuse, passed away at home on February 7th. A graduate of CNS High School, Kaitlyn attended Onondaga Community College. She was a loving mother to her son and a free spirit with a huge heart whom loved her family and friends. Kaitlyn was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Iliada Stefanowski; maternal grandfather, Gerald Hand; and uncle, Michael Stefanowski. Survivors include her son, Brandon Kellen and his father, Brandon; her mother, Lisa (Mark) Smith; her father, Alex (Angela) Stefanowski; siblings, Ilidia (Eric), AJ, Selena, Gessyca, Michael, and Johnathon; paternal grandfather, Tony Stefanowski; aunt, Miriana (Neal) Michaud; uncle, Jerry (Dawn) Hand; three nephews, two nieces, and several cousins. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February18th, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at FARONE & SON Inc Funeral Home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
