Celia M. Brown, 62, of 51 Port Watson St. died Saturday at her home. A native of Syracuse, Ms. Brown also lived in Liverpool, Manlius and Truxton. Her husband, Robert C. Bush, died in 1991. Surviving are two sons, Ed R. and John O. Bush, both of Cortland; four daughters, Jeannie Bush, Sharmin I. Proctor, Lynnette I. Bush and Evelyn L. Bush, all of Cortland; a brother, Edwin J. Brown Jr. of Mundelein, Ill.; three sisters, Rita I. Kimble of Billings, Mont., Shirley M. Staffiero of South Onondaga and Elaine Brown of Liverpool; four grandchildren; and an uncle. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Maurer Funeral Home, Liverpool. Burial will be in Roosevelt Cemetery, Pennellville. Calling hours will be 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 300 Second St.
