Margaret J. Sedlis, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward G. Sedlis of New York, was married yesterday to Matthew Goldstein, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Goldstein of New York. Rabbi Balfour Brickner performed the ceremony at the Stephen Wise Free Synagogue in New York.
The bride, a graduate of the Parsons School of Design, received a Master of Architecture degree from Washington University. She is the director of interiors and a senior associate at the New York architectural firm of Davis, Brody & Associates.
Mr. Goldstein, a graduate of City College, received a master's degree from Rutgers University and a Ph.D. in mathematical statistics from the University of Connecticut. He is the president of the Research Foundation, which coordinates research projects at the City University of New York. His previous marriage ended in divorce.
