Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 10, 2010 for Joan Wiley Luck at the First United Methodist Church in Minden, LA. Joan was born on September 7, 1934 and passed away on February 4, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence D. Wiley and Frances Waller James, son Mark D. Clement, grandson Keith B. Mangrum, son-in-law Roger R White and sister Nina Wiley Austin.
She is survived by her daughters, Cyndy Gay (Kenneth) of Minden, LA, Amanda Barber (Ron) of Dewey, AZ, and Becky White of Minden, LA; son Kevin Luck of Minden, LA; sisters Suzanne Reeder (Larry) of Bearden,AR, and Amy Jason (Dave) of Dubach, LA; brother Bill Wiley (Shannon) of San Francisco, CA; Grandchildren Gary Seegers, Jr, Ben Ware, Chelsea Speir, Cody James, Wiley Clement, Casey Granger and Hannah Luck; Great grandchildren Bekah Seegers, Ryan Seegers, Baylee Ware, Tristan Coburn, Lucy Greene, Arianna Clement, Eva Clement, and Carl Clement; great great grandchild Hadleigh Seegers.
Joan worked for many years in the court system and retired in February 2014. She was well read and loved to learn about everything. She was also a very talented artist and writer. She will be sorely missed by family and friends.
