Born April 15, 1925, Mr. Lynn was the son of the late Thomas Jefferson and Mattie Watkins Lynn.
He was the owner and operator of Paul Lynn Paint, Body and Boat Shop.
He enjoyed jet skiing, 4-wheeling, and raising and training quarter horses. Mr. Lynn served on the Board of the Kentucky Quarter Horse Association. His horses won four world championships and one reserve world championship in barrel racing, as well as another horse designated as an American Quarter Horse Association Champion.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Loretta Paulette Lynn in 1947.
