Mrs. Dorsey Beaver
Mrs. Rhoda Brown Beaver, wife of Dorsey Beaver, died Monday at 7 p.m. in her home near Highlandtown, following a five-month illness. She was 61.
Mrs. Beaver was born in Washington county and lived near Highlandtown for six years. She was a member of the Second Christian Church of East Liverpool.
She leaves two sons, Dorsey Beaver of East Fairfield, and Archie Beaver of near Lisbon; six daughters, Mrs. Dolores Pasco of Beloit, Miss Violet Beaver of East Liverpool, Mrs. Zelda Zwick of near Salineville, Mrs. Ruby McMullen, Hilda Beaver and Helen Beaver at home; two brothers, Roy Edgar and Evertt Edgar, both of East Liverpool, and eight grandchildren.
Rites will be held Thrusday at 3:30 p.m. in the Martin Funeral Home by Rev. Oakey W. Grow. Burial will be in the Calcutta united Presbyterian Cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday afternoon and night at the funeral home.
