Sid was a Carthage attornet and Judge, and a Texas Legislator 1909-1915 and also at his death in 1925. He first wed Ida Grace Watt in 1874, who was the mother of Myrtie Baker; Ida died in 1880. He 2nd wed Elizabeth Beck in 1881, they had two children and Sidney is interred with her. Sidney, a resident of Carthage, Texas was found dead in his room at a New Orleans hotel.
