Tammie Faye Garcia Estrella, age 59, of Waveland, MS, passed away on February 27, 2021.
Tammie was a lifelong resident of Hancock County. She was a giving person and always put the needs of others before her own. Tammie was a Bailbond Agent and believed in giving people a second chance. Her huge heart was always willing to help someone in need.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jeffrey Garcia; her mother, Gretha Dew; a sister, Glenda Crawford; two brothers, John Garcia and Jimmy Garcia; her aunt and uncle, Carolyn and Robert Seal; and great-niece, Aja Crawford.
She is survived by her sons, Nicholas and Matthew (Stephanie) Melancon; grandchildren, Nicholas, Nichole Melancon and their mother Betty Morrow; grandson, Max Melancon; two brothers, Ricky Garcia and Kenneth Ray Garcia; her aunt, Nettie Morris; her nephew, Ricky (Ellen) Bane; and niece, Leila Lizana. Tammie is also survived by her great-nieces, Kristen Lizana and Jashira Lizana; a great-nephew Tevin Crawford and his son Salem; and many other relatives and friends.
