Surviving are his wife, Mary Rumsey Garrison, of this village; three sisters, Mrs. Nell Conley of Phelps; Mrs. Jennie Smith of Seneca Falls; and Mrs. Kate Brandt of New York City; two brothers, George Garrison of Tyre and Charles Garrison of Elmira. He also leaves three stepdaughters and two stepsons.
The funeral will be held from the home Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. John B. Arthur will officiate. Interment will be made in Maple Grove Cemetery." Geneva Daily Times, November 17, 1926
