Jake was a kind, sweet, gentle soul that was taken from us far too soon. He found his peace playing guitar and being at the beach. He loved spending time with his family and friends, along with time spent listening to music and watching his favorite football team, The Bucs. He will be deeply missed by all his family and those who knew him.
Survivors include his parents: Kirk Andreano, Maria Andreano, His step-mother: Yvette Andreano, grandmother: Risa Koroniwsky; siblings: Sierra Dawn and Grace Rain; step-brother: Mark Daisey, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A service will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11 Am at the Faith Chapel, 125 Bromley Road, Churchville, New York 14428.
If love alone could have held you here, you would have lived forever.
God speed Jacob Daniel until we meet again.
