William Jennings Abels (1923 - 1981). William served in the Merchant Marines. In 1945, he married Isabelle Fabian McLaughlin, daughter of John and Margaret McLaughlin [ID #14227612], of Appleton, Wisconsin. Isabelle was the ex-wife of Elmer Kobs [ID #22850997], having been divorced earlier that year; she passed away on April 24, 1994.
