CAT'S NOTES : Another Cadet from another prominent family, graduated from West Point but only served three years. It appears Lieutenant Scott preferred to sell items to the troops rather than be one of the troops. His burial site is currently unknown. Perhaps it was at the Fort Monroe cemetery, or perhaps he was buried by his parents in the Fairfax, Virginia Cemetery. More research is needed.
