Grady D. Camp

Grady D. Camp, 74, of Washington, W.Va., passed away June 19, 2005, on the family farm.

He was born Nov. 7, 1930, in Wood County, a son of the late Ira and Loa Kinney Camp. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in Korea, a farmer and retired from Walker after 30 years of service as a welder.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Mays Camp; two sons, Dan Camp and wife, Sherry, and Randall Camp and wife, Lydia, all of Washington; one daughter, Becky Hunter and husband, Jamie, of Newark, Ohio; five grandchildren, Luke and Brittany Camp of Washington, Austin and Brayden Hunter of Newark and Janella Camp of Washington; and two brothers, his twin, Brady, and Hollie Camp, both of Washington.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Francis, Oric and Ova Camp; and one sister, Marjorie Stenius.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with David Newberry officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
