Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Mary Britt Jenkins, age 81, resident of Duck Hill, were conducted Wednesday, February 16, 1994 at 2:00 p.m. at Duck Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Norris Corley officiated at the services, assisted by the Rev. Albert Britt.
A native of Webster County, Mrs. Jenkins was a retired homemaker and a member of Unity Baptist Church in Duck Hill.
She died after a brief illness Monday, February 14, at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack P. Britt and widow of the late John Clarence Jenkins.
She is survived by her son, John Paul Jenkins of Courtland; her sister, Mrs. Helen Roza of West Point; three brothers, J.P. Britt, Jr. and William E. Britt, both of Duck Hill and Archie Britt of Winona; three grandchildren.
Oliver Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
