Juniah Beach (1757-1814)
Born Catherine Beech, at Newark, Essex County, NJ, she was the adopted daughter of Gov. Isaac Tichenor. After her uncle, Gov. Issac Tichenor's wife died, she was informally adopted by the him and became the lady of the house at his home, "The Tichenor Place," and inherited it from him upon his death
She first was married to Moses Dewey Robinson (1791-1819), son of Capt. Moses Robinson (1763-1825), grandson of Gov. Moses Robinson (1741-1813).
Before his death she and Moses Dewey had two children, Mary Jeannette Robinson (1817-1817) and Frances Robinson (1818-1819) both buried in the Old Bennington Cemetery
After her first husband died, she married George Lyman of Bennington.
