Death of J. R. Bradley
J R Bradley, father of J D Bradley, of this city, died suddenly in his home at Reno, Nevada, yesterday morning. The deceased was the son of the late ex-Governor Bradley of Nevada and was about 63 years of age. He had visited his son in Merced frequently and spent two months here in the winter. He was a courteous and as pleasant a gentleman as you would wish to meet and during his visits to this city made many warm friends who will regret to hear of his death.
