Wayne K Hendrick, 71, died March 18, 2021 at his home in Two Rivers.

Wayne was born on May 2, 1949, in Manitowoc, the son of the late Kenneth and Althea (Reimers) Hendrick. He was a 1967 graduate of Lincoln High School and attended UWGB. Wayne married Gaylynn Casavant on August 27, 1982. He was employed at the Manitowoc Company and later for the City of Two Rivers until his retirement in 2016.

Wayne was raised to the degree of Master Mason on June 6, 1979 and was an avid member of many Masonic organizations such as the Manitowoc and Warren Chapters of Royal Arch Masons (past High Priest of Manitowoc), Manitowoc and Warren Councils of Royal and Select Masters (past Thrice Illustrious Master of both Councils, 2001-2002 Cryptic Mason of the Year for Wisconsin), Manitowoc and Palestine Commandries Knights Templar (past Eminent Commander of both Commandries), York Rite Sovereign College of North America (past Governor of York Rite College 1999-2001), Shriner of Beja Shrine, and 32nd Degree member of Scottish Rite.

Since his retirement, he has kept busy volunteering for the Washington Historic House, the Historic Farm Museum, and Lester Public Library. He also could be found walking on the beach and riding his bike around town.

Surviving, in addition to his wife are one son and daughter-in-law: Peter (Timbi) Hendrick of Manitowoc; one daughter: Liz Wilson of Manitowoc; and one daughter and son-in-law: Melanie (Eric) Kozlowski of Two Rivers and his six grandchildren: Lux and Link Hendrick (Manitowoc); Mason (Oak Park, IL) Gage (Manitowoc), and Riley Wilson (Manitowoc); and Jade Kozlowski (Two Rivers). Also surviving is one brother, David Hendrick of St. Paul, one brother-in law, Terry (Kathryn) Casavant of Two Rivers, one sister-in-law, Holly (Jim) Triatik of Fitchburg, and several nieces and a nephew. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law and mother-in-law George and Dorothe (Stone) Casavant.

Cremation has taken place at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc and a Masonic Memorial Service will be held followed by a Memorial Service at 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 22, 2021 at the Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Memorial Service will be the Rev. Kim Henning. Wayne's remains will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers at a later date.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Monday, March 22, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11:30 a.m.
