Mrs. Martha Ann Willoughby, age 79 years, who has resided in Knoxville for the past 17 years and for many years has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Hayes Hicks, 509 Luttrell street, died suddenly this morning about 4 o'clock at the home of her son, R.B. Willoughby by Jacksboro, Tenn., where she had been visiting for several days.   Mrs. Willoughby had been a member of the Methodist Episcopal church since childhood and had a large circle of friends in this city who will mourn her death.  Funeral services will be conducted at the home of her son at Jacksboro, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Interment will be in the family burying ground at Jacksboro.   The deceased is survived by three sons, R.S. of Jacksboro; H.S. of Lexington, Ky., and S.R. Willoughby of Fort Cobb, Okla; also two daughters, Mrs. S.B. Smith of Oregon, and Mrs. Hayes Hicks, of this city.Knoxville Sentinel, Knoxville, Tennessee, July 1, 1921
