On Saturday March 20th 2021, Abigail “Abi” Worden, daughter, sister, friend, lost her battle with her auto-immune disorder at the age of 22.

Abi was born July 14th, 1998 in Ingham County to Pamela (Tesarik) and Brad Worden. She was their sixth child. She lived in Dimondale, MI and attended Holt High School graduating in 2016. During her time in high school, Abi attended the Capital Area Career Center where she studied Cosmetology. After graduating high school, Abi then went on to Career Quest where she graduated with a certificate as a certified clinical medical assistant. Abi worked at a local Urgent Care and then OBGYN which she absolutely loved.

Abi was a real spit-fire. She was passionate and threw every bit of that passion into everything she did. Abi was a fun-loving and an adventure seeking soul. Abi had a wonderful sense of humor, loved being outside, and she enjoyed all the simple things in life. She loved to travel and wanted to see the world. She was just getting started with all of her adventures. Abi had the best laugh and a contagious smile.

Abi is preceded in death by her grandfather George Tesarik and Pierre Worden.

She will be terribly missed by her parents, Brad and Pamela Worden, her siblings, Jessica (Matt) Sterling, Dan (Sarah) Batora, Nick Batora, Ashleh Worden (Cale Stoker), and Alyx Worden (Joshua Marsh) her nieces Madeline and Maggie and her nephews Brycen and Crewen, her grandparents, Shirley Tesarik, Shirley Worden, and her boyfriend, Zane Perez. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 24 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Palmer, Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes in Holt, MI.

Funeral Services will be live streamed Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 1pm through the Palmer, Bush & Jensen Funeral Home Facebook page.

Friends are invited to join the family at Dimondale Cemetery Thursday, March 25 2021 at 2:30 pm for burial services.
