Quito G. Bachman 81, of Allentown, passed away on Sunday March 22, 2015 in his home. Quito was the husband of Saundra H. (Grow) Bachman and they celebrated their 60th anniversary this past April. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Henry A. and Edna (Bogert) Bachman, Sr.

Quito worked for the former Allentown Paint Company for 42 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of Zion's U.C.C. in Allentown. Among his hobbies were puzzles, reading poetry, drawing, NASCAR, traveling with his wife and love for his dogs. One of his greatest joys was being "Dad" to his Louie's Bakery Family in Emmaus.

Survivors: Surviving with his wife are his daughters; Roxane Steckel, widow of Francis C., and Rosalyn Bachman, both of Allentown. Sisters Doris Harper, widow of James, and Phyllis Bachman, both of Allentown. Quito has 3 Weiser grandsons; Len Jr., Quito and his wife Monica, and Leon. Quito has 15 great-grandchildren, and 14 nieces and nephews. Additionally, he is survived by Lois, widow of brother Henry A. Bachman Jr.; Ruth, widow of brother Robert Bachman; and his sister-in-law Jean Mertz, widow of Stewart O. He was predeceased by both his daughter Randi Weiser and her husband Leonard.

Services: A Memorial Service will be on Thursday March 26, 2015 at 6:00 pm in St. John's E.C.C. 405 N. Jerome St. Allentown, PA. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to the O'Donnell Funeral Home, Allentown, Pa
