ALEXANDER - Clarence J., on Jan. 30, at the John L. Montgomery Care Center, Freehold. Mr. Alexander was born in South River and was 76 years of age. He was a communicant of St. Mary's of Ostrabrama Church in South River, and a member of the Holy Name Society. Mr. Alexander was a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers Law School. He was deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey, Division of Criminal Justice. He served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Alexander is survived by his wife, Jean M. Brylinski Alexander, two daughters, Mary and her husband, Jerry Beebe, of East Brunswick, Lisa and her husband, Robert Walick, of North Carolina, three brothers, Anthony Alexander of East Brunswick, Raymond Alexander of South River and George Alexander of South River, three grandchildren, Kristin Beebe, Erika Beebe and William Walick. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 9 a.m. from The REZEM FUNERAL HOME, 457 Cranbury Rd., East Brunswick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's of Ostrabrama Church, South River. Burial will be at the St. Mary's Cemetery, East Brunswick. Calling hours Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the REZEM FUNERAL HOME, 457 Cranbury Rd., East Brunswick.
