Graveside service for Bessie M. Burgess Sheldon, 78, will be at 11 a.m. today at Greenwood Memorial Terrace. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Sheldon, who was born in Hamilton, Montana, died Thursday.
Her family moved to Spokane when she was an infant.
She married Vernon Burgess in 1940. He died in 1987.
Mrs. Sheldon was a homemaker.
In 1995 she married John Sheldon. He died in 1998.
Survivors include three sons, Robert and Albert, both of Spokane, and Vern of Elk; two brothers, Glen and Cecil Finch; three sisters, Ruth Foss, Bonnie Harding and Louise Ross; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
