Don Cherry was a pop standards style of singer during the 1940's through the 2000's. He was also an Amateur Golfer, later turning Professional, playing in several Masters Tournaments. As a recording artist, his best known hit was BAND OF GOLD (1955), which was later used as a theme to the AMC Series MAD MEN. He wrote his memoir CHERRY'S JUBILEE in 2006.
