• an avid photographer and was also an ocean sailor, sailing out of the Cottage Park Club, where he was a member for the past 50 years
• survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Carol (Wood) Alagero; two sisters, Lauretta Torraca of Portland, ME and Christine Skomro of Falmouth, MA
• married second in the 1980s
• also survived by his three loving step-children; eight grandchildren & one great-grandchild.
• Tony was predeceased by his daughter, Trudy and was survived by three sons from a prior marriage.
• a funeral Mass was celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Church in Winthrop, MA
