Beatrice lived most of her life in San Antonio and moved back eight years ago to be closer to her family. She passed peacefully in her sleep with her family around her.
Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband, Rafael Angel Ruiz del Pilar, mother, Rosa Adams, father, George Joel Culver. Her brothers, Freddie Culver, Domingo Adams, Harvey Culver, Steve Adams, Joe Adams and Lucian Adams. She is survived by her sons, Rafael Ruiz, and granddaughters, Chloe' Ruiz and Marley Ruiz. Her sisters, Estelle Maltos and Juanita Culver along with her brothers, Roy Culver, Lawrence Culver and Albert Culver as well as a host of devoted nieces and nephews.
