Mrs. Britton
CARTHAGE - Services for Mrs. Veter Britton, 79, of Rt. 2, Gary, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Mt. Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Ottie Reed, the Rev. Marvin Gardner and the Rev. G. W. Walter officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Bethel Cemetery.
Mrs. Britton died early Saturday at a Carthage hospital. She was a native of Panola County and a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving are four sons, Delbert Britton and Cecil Britton, both of Gary; Hollis Britton of Carthage and Clifford Britton of Cleburne; two daughters, Mrs. Vera Robinson of Long Branch and Mrs. Louise Davis of Gary; two brothers, Walter Fallwell and Conrad Fallwell, both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two sisters, Mrs. Vinnie Britton of Long Branch and Mrs. Moiena Rader of Visalia, Calif.; and 13 grandchildren.
