Marilee J. Brockmann

Elkhart Lake - Marilee Joan (Bishop) Brockmann, 84, died April 3rd, 2021 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice Center after a brief illness.

Marilee was born April 6th 1936 to Ronald Gertrude (Schmitz) Bishop in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She attended Reedsville High School. On August 21, 1954 she married Raymond H. Brockmann in Wayside, Wisconsin and he preceded her in death in January of 2003. Marilee loved to sew, knit, crochet and recently to color. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids and great grandkids. Marilee was so very proud of all her family.

Marilee was a member at St. John United Church of Christ in Schwartzwald.

Marilee is survived by her eight children: Nancy (Donald) Rietbrock, Ronald Brockmann, Gary (Cindy) Brockmann, Lynn (Randy) Busse, Dan (Christi) Brockmann, Sherri Brockmann, Terry (Rhonda) Brockmann, and Ted (Bonnie) Brockmann. Fourteen grandkids: Ben, Carie, Michelle, Stephany, Tiffany, Tammy, Ryan, Becky, Jennifer, Jessica, Rachael, Katie, Mike and Nick; thirty-two great grandkids; her sisters, Lois Fleck and Kate (Joe) Langdon, and a brother Romy (Elaine) Bishop. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to thank the many nurses and doctors at Memorial Hospital and the kind caregivers at Sharon Richardson. The family would also like to thank everyone at Cedar Bay Assisted Living for all their loving care. She loved living there and especially loved the staff. They were like family to her.

We are honoring Mom's wishes to be cremated and no public services will be held.
