Margaret C. Bee, 89, of Belpre died Saturday April 30, 2005 at her residence. She was born in Harrisville, WV a daughter of the late Jacob T. and Gatie Toothman Reeves.

She was a foster mother for the state of Florida for 25 years during which time she cared for over 160 children. She touched many peoples live not only through her foster home but many years of babysitting. She is a Baptist by Faith.

She is survived by three sons Eugene Bee of Rockabye, CA, Benjamin T. Bee of Hartwell, GA, and Robert L. Bee of Columbus, GA; four daughters Dolores "Dee" Baker of Belpre, Louise Carrico of Springdale, Ark., and Benieta Gadd of Belpre; thirty four grandchildren; over sixty-four great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin F. Bee in 1975, son Forrest Dewayne Bee, five brothers, and three grandchildren.

Services will be Tuesday 1:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre with Robert L. Bee, Mrs. Bee's son officiating. Burial will be at I.O.O.F Cemetery in Harrisville. Visitaion will be Monday 6-8 PM.
