A Celebration of her life is planned for late-September in Los Angeles, where she lived and worked for the past three decades.
Dulcie was born and raised in Fort Worth. She was valedictorian of her class at Castleberry High School. She attended Texas A&M and was a devoted Aggie. She studied law at George Washington University and enjoyed a successful career practicing law at Jones Day and Pillsbury Winthrop.
Survivors: Nephews, Lawrence Murray, Owen Murray and wife, Suzanne Murray, and James Brand and wife, Clara Brand; great-nephew and great-niece, Ian Murray and Adell Murray (Owen's children).
