MEADOW BRIDGE — Janet Louise (Durrett) Kincaid, 56, of Meadow Bridge, pass-ed away on Oct. 27, 2007, at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Va., following a long illness.

Born Sept. 23, 1951, at Glade, W.Va., Mrs. Kincaid was the daughter of the late Raymond and Arebell Durrett.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Beaulah Irene Davis, and two infant sisters, Sharon Kay and Joanne Durrett.

She was a wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Charles E. Kincaid of Meadow Bridge, W.Va.; two daughters, Angela Kincaid and companion Howard Adkins III of Talcott and Arlene Taylor and husband Frank of Lexington, N.C.; two sons, Charles Raywood Kincaid and companion Tracey Mundy and her daughter Savannah of Dawson, W.Va., and Larry Kincaid of Meadow Bridge, W.Va.; one grandson, Ryder Kincaid; three granddaughters, Sumner and Schuyler Kincaid Adkins and Caitlin Taylor; three sisters, Annabelle Watkins of Seth, W.Va., Sue Callahan and husband George of Seth, W.Va., and Judy Foster and husband Eddie of Seth, W.Va.; four brothers, Dennis Durrett of Meadow Creek, W.Va., Charles Durrett of Lockbridge, W.Va., Willard (Froggy) Durrett of Claypool, and Jesse Woodrow (Dale) Redden; two brothers-in-law, George Kincaid and wife Doris of Quinwood, W.Va., and Conward Kincaid and wife Judy of Fayetteville, W.Va.

She will be sadly missed by her immediate family, several nieces and nephews, and her two special friends, Biddy Walker and Hazel Goddard.

Services will be at 1 p.m. today, Oct. 30, 2007, at Wallace & Wallace Chapel of Rainelle, with Pastor Steve Martin officiating. Burial will be in Bowles Cemetery, Lockbridge.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service, starting at noon.

Arrangements by Wallace & Wallace of Rainelle.
