Jeffrey M. Adkins, 61, of Quaker City, died Friday (April 9, 2021) at his home.

He was born April 9, 1960 in Parkersburg WV, son of the late Jennings Mack Adkins and Betty Lee (Whitt) Adkins.

A 1978 graduate of Magnolia High School, Jeff had worked at Colgate Palmolive as an operator/technician.

Jeff was devoted to caring for his family. He enjoyed spending time with friends, golf, travel, and reading. Jeff never met a stranger. He will be missed by his family, neighbors, and co-workers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jordan Mack Adkins.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen (Jobes) Adkins, whom he married November 19, 1983; two sons, Matthew (Dana) Adkins of Akron and Seth (Amber) Adkins of Zanesville; four sisters, Jeanie (Thomas) Dent of Parkersburg, Pam Hupp of Parkersburg, Anita (Garry) Harlan of New Martinsville, and Marty Hohman of Parkersburg; a grandson, Harrison; and many nieces & nephews.
