Carla Mae"Arnhart" Hagan, of Comanche, passed away on July 13, 2011 after a sudden illness. She was 46 years old. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 16th at 2:00 p.m. at the Comanche First Baptist Church, with Bro. Ron Ogle officiating. A graveside service will be held Monday, July 18th at 11:00 a.m. at the Hanna Cemetery in Hanna, Oklahoma, under the direction of Comanche Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Carla was born December 23, 1964 at Henryetta, OK to Richard W. and Cleta Darlene (Pfau) Arnhart. She was a graduate of Hanna High School. Carla moved to Comanche in 1995. She and Don Hagan were united in marriage on February 12, 2003 in Wichita Falls, TX. Carla loved antiques, listening to bluegrass music, taking part in the Old West Production gunfights, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren!
Survivors include her husband Don, of Comanche; Her children: Ashley Mahamed and husband Shane, Marlow; Ricky Haley, Eufala; Rodney Hagan and wife Ashley, Ft. Hood, TX; and Ty Hagan, Comanche; her mother, Darlene Arnhart, Hanna, OK; four sisters: Claudette Smith and husband Charles, Henryetta, OK; Denise Smith, Henryetta, OK; Pam Gray and husband Gerry, Dustin, OK; and JoAnn Griffith and husband Rod, Indianola, OK; two grandchildren: Lane and Macy Mahamed, Marlow; and many other relatives and friends. Carla was preceded in death by her father,Richard; and two grandchildren, McKinley and Emma Hagan.
