June Alvina Schaut, age 88, of Town of Grover, WI, passed away Nov. 14, 2023 at The Cottages in Marinette, WI. She was born April 18, 1935 to the late Gustav and Ida (Ahrens) Behnke.

On August 1, 1958 she married Clarence Schaut at St. John's Lutheran Church in Grover, WI. They were married 58 years until Clarence's passing in 2018.
She worked at Coleman Products and then later for the Peshtigo Times until her retirement. June loved polka dancing Sunday's with Clarence at Equity Park.

June is survived by her 2 sons: Dennis (Julie) and Jeff (special friend Sandy Hanson);
a daughter Renee (Randy) Vande Hei;
Grandchildren: Bryant (Ashley); Lauren; Ashley; John; Abby Detrick (Tim) Bryan (Amanda) Shevy; Kyle (Kristin) Vande Hei; Chelsea (Jesse) Nabak; Rachel (Kyle) Vande Hei.
Great grandchildren Aiden; James; Liam; Landon; Ellyana; and Cason.
June is further survived by sisters: Linda (Ernie) Votava, Mary (Simon) Nowak and Jeannine (Mrs. Ray) Thor;
brothers: Harvey (Diane) Marquardt and Harvey (Janet) Behnke.
A sister-in-law Betty Behnke.

She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence;
brothers: Roy and Raymond,
and a brother-in-law Ray Thor.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 30th, at the St. John's Lutheran Church in Grover from 9AM until time of services 11AM with Pastor Daniel Sargent officiating. Burial will take place in the St. John's Cemetery.
