Cindy was born March 31, 1957 in Lafayette, Indiana. Her parents were the late Mary (Righi) and Edgar Raber.

Cindy graduated from Logansport High School in 1975. Following this, she graduated from International Junior Business Colllege in Fort Wayne, IN.

After graduation, she worked as a bank teller for many years. Most recently, she worked as a clerk for 24 years at the Cass County Courthouse.

She was a member of the Calvary Presbyterian Church of Logansport. Cindy has enjoyed needle point for many years. She was also a lifelong IU basketball fan. She resided in Logansport most of her life.

Surviving are a brother, Daniel, also of Logansport, and a sister Connie Thomas (Jim) of Kokomo. She is also survived by a niece, a nephew, and several cousins.
