Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Kenneth and Peggy June Bryson.
Kim was a woman of faith. She was a member of New Beginnings Church of God. Kim loved to sing, as it brought her such peace.
She was the most amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, Nana, cousin, and friend. Being with her family brought her so much joy. Kim was a big fan of Furman Paladins football and loved going on trips to the Mountains. Pigeon Forge was always a favorite.
In addition to her best friend and soulmate Pete, Kim's legacy will continue on with her wonderful son, Drew Bailey and his wife, Anna; her adoring grandson, Daniel Bryson Bailey; brother-in-law, Joseph Gibbs; nephew, Corey Gibbs and wife Nina; and niece, Jennifer Gibbs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Gibbs.
Burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
