Mrs. Kenneth "Radio" Stewart passed away April 17 at her residence. She was born in Sharpsburg on March 7, 1935 to the late Bert T. Carl and Lorena Bryant Carl. Mary was a homemaker that loved taking care of her husband and family. She loved to go on fox hunts with her husband, read books and do crosswords. Mary enjoyed watching soap operas and loved pink roses. She was a kind, loving person and enjoyed her friends and family. Her presence will be missed here on earth but her family finds peace in knowing that she has been reunited with her loving husband, Kenneth "Radio" Stewart.

She is survived by one son, David Stewart and his wife, Debbie; ;three daughters, Elizabeth McIntosh, Ines Meadows and her husband, Tommy, Virginia Lynn Williams and her husband, Ricky; one brother, Bert T. Carl Jr.; fourteen grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Daryl Stewart and one daughter, Frances Goldy.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 21 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home.

Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel at the Richardson Funeral Home with Reverend Randy Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Longview Cemetery in Bethel.
