She came to the United States in 1890, to Clinton, Iowa where she married March 24, 1893 to Hans L. Andersen. Mrs Andersen has preceded her in death as did an infant son, Andrew.
Surviving are a son, H.W. Andersen of Elk Horn and a daughter, Mrs Robert L. Andersen. Also 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Atlantic with the Rev. Holger Strandskov in charge. Burial was in Oak Hill cemetery at Brayton.
Grandsons of Mrs Andersen served as pallbearers. They were; Howard, Claude, Ralph, Dale and Kenneth Andersen and Larry Campbell.
