Frances Anne Tiller Palmer, age-87, passed away April 21, 2021. She was born August 8, 1933 at home in Colorado City, Mitchell County, Texas. Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Elzye Lee Tiller and Alice Jewel Smith Tiller, and her brother, Rodney Gale Tiller. She is survived by her husband Thomas Joe Palmer, son Charles Thomas Palmer and wife Ellen, daughter Beverly Anne Nienhiser and husband John, grandsons Joshua Thomas Palmer and Paul Henry Nienhiser, granddaughter Sandra Anne Palmer Titsworth and husband Tyler, and great-grandson Thomas Lane Titsworth. Also surviving are niece Rhonda Tiller Cochran and nephew Ronald Mark Tiller, great-nephews Doug Cochran and Alek Tiller, and great-niece Lisa Bayley.

Anne graduated Colorado High School in 1950 and worked for the Chamber of Commerce in Colorado City before moving to Midland where she was employed by the Texas Railroad Commission. She and Tom met on New Year's Eve 1952 and were married July 11, 953 after Tom was honorably discharged from the U. S. Army.

The couple lived in Lubbock, Odessa, Victoria, Houston, Dallas and Waco before settling again in Houston in 1987. Tom successfully owned and operated J. l. Case construction businesses before retiring in Houston in 1995.
