Emily A. Kozaczuk, age 73, of 923 S. 14th St., Manitowoc, died Monday, October 2, 2000, at St. Luke's Medical Center, Milwaukee.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, October 6, 2000, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Roman Zbieranski O.F.M. with burial at Knollwood Memorial Gardens, town of Kossuth.
She was born December 26, 1926, in the town of Kossuth, daughter of the late Edward and Emily Stodola Decker. On August 29, 1951, she married Charles F. Kozaczuk at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. He preceded her in death June 27, 1980. Mrs. Kozaczuk was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Mary's Rosary Altar Society, Carmelite sand also the Cato V.F.W. Auxiliary.
Survivors include three sons and a daughter-in-law, Dale J. and Linda Kozaczuk, Sr., Hancock, Wis., David A. Kozaczuk, Kirkland, Wash., Paul J. Kozaczuk, Manitowoc; two grandchildren, Dale J. Kozaczuk, Jr., Jennifer M. Kozaczuk; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Edward Decker, Manitowoc, Bill Decker; Glendale, Ariz. Robert and Shirley Decker, Clarks Mills; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Rose and Alois Tadych, Manitowoc, Marion and Elmer Lorenz, Two Rivers, Beatrice Tomczuk, Mesa, Ariz., and a sister-in-law, Irene Decker, Manitowoc. Also surviving are many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Decker.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, where a prayer service will be held at 6:30 pm. led by Father Roman.
