Zora Mae Warner, 83, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away, Friday April 23, 2021 at Doey's House, Hagerstown.
Born April 1, 1938 in Keyser, W.Va. she was the daughter of the late, Ike and Ruby Jane (Sanders) Baldwin. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by, two children, Martin R. Kesner, II and Krista Kay Winters; five siblings, Leo V. Baldwin, Ginger A. Longwell, Irvin S. Baldwin, John R. Baldwin and Kaye Hannas.
Mrs. Warner had worked as the first female security guard at Fairchild Republic, Hagerstown and was the first female worker at the Fenton Glass Works, Williamstown, W.Va.
She was of the Christian Faith and loved people and humanity. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and loved her dogs.
Mrs. Warner is survived by her loving husband, Mark W. Warner; two children, Charles C. "Chuck" Kesner and wife, Janet of Fort Ashby, W.Va. and Sally A. Clever and husband, Lloyd of Greencastle, Pa.; a sister, Emily Genuse and husband, Geneo of Ranson, W.Va.; nine grandchildren, Ashley, Josh, Ethan, Sasha, Amber, Steve, Curtis, Julia and James and her granddaughters exchange student from Russia, Natalia Lelbiks and seventeen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Virgil Cain officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Desmond DeJesus.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 6-8 P.M.
