Mollie was the daughter of Hardeman and Martha Johnson Dunn. She married James A. Coleman 10 Feb 1881 in Pickens County, AL. They had at least two children. After his death in 1884, she married Will Ford on 20 Apr 1887 in Macon, Mississippi. They, too, had at least two children. After his death in 1891, she married Joseph Hopkins in mid-1890s and they had two children together. She died in 1897 at the age of 38.
