Born November 19, 1943 in Medina, she was a daughter of the late Laverne and Dorothy (Stolzenberg) Collins. Joyce was a graduate of Roy-Hart High School. For over 25 years, Joyce worked for Fisher-Price Toys in Medina. She enjoyed collecting, especially different types of dishes and Wizard of Oz themed items. Joyce was also a great cook. She enjoyed sharing recipes and was famous for her goulash, apple pies and other baked goods.
Predeceased by her husband, Pedro Lopez Dipini on March 17, 2020.
Survivors include her two children, Dennis Dipini and Denise Morgan (Chris Hare) both of Medina; two granddaughters, Stephanie Morgan and Gabriella Dipini; great-granddaughter, Mila Osmialowski; two brothers, Douglas (Mary Ellen) Collins and Robert (Beverly) Collins; and several nieces and nephews.
