Ferdinand of Portugal, Duke of Guarda and Trancoso and Lord of Abrantes (5 June 1507 – 7 November 1534; Portuguese: Fernando) was a Portuguese infante (prince), son of King Manuel I of Portugal and his second wife, Maria of Aragon. In 1530 he married Guiomar Coutinho, 5th Countess of Marialva and 3rd Countess of Loulé, having two children, one stillborn, and the other named Luísa. All of them died in 1534, the stillborn on 1 August, Luísa on 3 October, Fernando on 7 November and Guiomar on 9 December. Fernando was buried in the Church of São Domingos, in Abrantes. King Filipe I of Portugal later transferred the remains of the infante to the Monastery of Jerónimos.
