Budd W. Page Jr., 76, of Parkersburg passed away Saturday, June 12, 2004, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 16, 1927, in Wood County, a son of the late Budd W. and Audna Cooper Page.
Budd was retired from E.I. Dupont after 33 years of service, was a member of the Barbershop Chorus for 25 years, was grandpa at Glendale Gym for 24 years and was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in World War II.
Surviving is his wife of 56 years, Geraldine Page; two daughters and their husbands, Diane and Dwain Hartley of Parkersburg and Martha and Buck Delancy of Torch, Ohio; two grandchildren and their spouses, Melissa and J.E. Kirkpatrick of Belpre and Mark and Deana Hartley of Columbus, Ohio; one step grandson and his wife, Buck and Kammy Delancy of Parkersburg; one brother and his wife, James and Bonnie Page of Vienna; one sister and her husband, Ruth and Albert Tanner of Parkersburg; three great-grandchildren, Alan Kirkpatrick of Belpre and Justin and Paige Hartley of Columbus; and two step great-grandsons, Bucky and Jamin Delancy of Parkersburg.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Page; four sisters, Hazel Poole, Thelma Schrader, Helen Peck and Betty Eschbacher; and one step great-grandson, Tyler Delancy.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Green Street, Parkersburg, with Evangelists Robert Long and Tom Butterfield officiating. Interment will follow at the Evergreen North Cemetery. Friends may call 1-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Glendale Gym Club in Vienna, in memory of Budd.
