Mr. Bradley was born in Portsmouth N. H., the son of William E. and Eleanor M. (Murphy) Bradley, and was raised in Newburyport.
He served in the Navy from 1943 to 1955 in the Pacific during World War II and the Korean War.
Mr. Bradley was a carpenter for the federal government before his retirement.
He moved to San Diego County 30 years ago and lived in El Cajon since 1985, where he was the owner and operator of an antiques shop.
Mr. Bradley is survived by his wife Dorothy Bradley; three sons, Paul V. Bradley, Jr. of Seabrook, Mike Bradley of Green River, Wyo., and Daniel Bradley of El Cajon; a daughter, Honey Brown of Seabrook; two brothers, William Bradley of Amesbury and James Bradley of Newburyport; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three nephews and three nieces; several cousins.
His funeral was held Tuesday at the El Cajon Mortuary Chapel. Burial was in the El Cajon Cemetery.
