Mrs. Nellie Alice Noyes, age 86, 203 Lawrence street, one of the oldest living graduates of Bradford Academy, died yesterday at her home after a short illness with bronchial pneumonia.

Mrs. Noyes was born in Chester, but came to Haverhill when she was a baby. She was educated in the Haverhill public schools and was graduated from Bradford with the class of 1875. In November of that year she was married to the late George W. Noyes, who died March 19, 1927.

She was a member of the Centre Congregational church, a charter member of the Women's City club, and a member of the Haverhill Historical society and the Female Benevolent society,

She leaves three sons, Norman S., Carl N., and Phillip A. Noyes; a daughter, Miss Constance Noyes, all of this city; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 1:30 from the Dale and Childs Funeral home, 148 Main street. Burial will be in Linwood cemetery.
