Alice Virginia Methvin, 86, of Oregon, OH passed away in her home on Wednesday, August 12, 2015. She was born in Toledo, OH on August 25, 1928, to Joseph and Bertha (Dobrenziecki) Skibinski. Alice was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She will be dearly missed.

Alice is survived by husband, Athal; sons, James Rabara and Joseph (Fran) Rabara; sister, Dolores Honnaker; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and special friend, Kim Abbas. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, John Methvin and daughter, Janet Rabara.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon on Friday, August 14, 2015, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
