Alejandro "Alex" Hernandez Caballero, 47, of Wichita Falls passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021.
Rosary and Vigil will begin at 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Rev. Raul Martinez Lopez, celebrant. Rite of Committal will be following at Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral of Wichita Falls.
Alejandro was born on November 24, 1973 to Lupe Beltran and Lupe (Hernandez) Caballero in Wichita Falls. He was 1992 graduate of Hirschi High School and worked for many years at M&M metal fabricators. Alejandro enjoyed fishing and playing the trumpet and bass guitar. Also, he was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Alex will be missed by family and friends.
Alejandro was preceded in death by his mother, Lupe H. Caballero; and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
He is survived by his daughter, Alejandra "Nikki" Grove and husband, Zach; two grandsons, Oakley and Hudson; his father, Lupe B. Caballero; three brothers, Jessie Caballero and wife, Diane, Victor Caballero and wife, Susie and Jose Caballero and wife, Cicilia; three sisters, Teresa Garcia and husband, Jimmie, Veronica Rinker and husband, Derrick and Gloria Garcia and husband, James; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial may be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 421 Marconi St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301.
